One year of impressive glute progress for @callie_kwiatkowski . In that time she stepped on stage twice - finishing in the top five at the @canadian_national_proqualifier , and winning at her first ever open show! Higher, rounder, and fuller. Exactly what the Bikini category demands 👌 She has a new outlook on training and is focused on building strength, always letting me know when she hits a new PB - that’s how you build solid muscle, ladies! Too many people rush from prep to prep to prep, often because they don’t like putting on weight. If you can’t find the positive body image, love for training, and enjoyment in life year round, no matter your conditioning, how will you thrive long-term? Stage looks aren’t healthy, nor are they conducive to physique improvements. So, chill out and give your body and mind a break! Love the entire process, and appreciate the dedication each stage requires.
