I started this blog as a means to share information with everyone (or at least anyone who stumbled across my site). I wanted to create a place where people can get honest, real information regarding training, fitness, competing, and nutrition. There is a lot of false and potentially dangerous information out there. Articles can be searched by topic in the drop down menu to the right.
